Everything and all the features that they offer I really love they made my life super easy. If you have something to complain about this then you must be a fool or not understand how to use it. Ship manager usually works, but it is very slow and cumbersom to use. We finally solved all our ship manager issues by doing several things..

Once you get used to basic screens they are easy to use for everyday ground shipments. Software does not have anyway to visibly integrate with with other software programs such as Quickbooks, Amazon, Shopify, etc, so each order must be manually entered, and then tracking info and shipping cost must be manually copied back to each order on the other systems.

You cannot easily change the address of an existing customer on the fly, the system assumes anything changed is a new customer, so you get multiple copies of the same customer in your address book. Originally we switched to Fedex for the better rates, but they have now gotten out of hand and there is little benefit to the high rates we are charged. This is a fresh Windows 10 installation. I’ve copied the setup file from the server and am logged in as an administrator. The installer works on another Windows 10 machine. Directory Manager not initialized. Any AV installed that could be interfering? You say fresh, but not if anything was installed prior. Are you trying to install it over a network? I know you said you copied it from the server but did you put it on the machine, eg in C drive? Yeah, I’ve run as administrator, copied it to C, and also tried running it straight from the server share.

I’m about to back up and punt because I tried it on a 3rd machine and it looks like it installs the prereqs, but stops before it actually installs the program itself. Nice, I was able to get my issue resolved as well, turns out for me, the issue was with the Fed Ex Integrator application. A quick reinstall of that application fixed the issue!
